Power move for Minaj TMZ has learned Britney Spears has lasered in on Nicki Minaj as her opening act for the upcoming concert tour ... and lawyers for the two are in "serious talks."
Sources are saying, it's looking very good that Nicki and Britney will reach an agreement in the next day or so. Nikki would take the place of Enrique Iglesias -- who bailed at the last minute because his ego could not take opening for Britney.
Nicki is currently on tour with Lil Wayne -- those concerts end on April 28. Britney's tour begins June 17 in Sacramento.

Reports are coming out of Atlanta early today that Sean Levert, son of O’Jays lead singer Eddie Levert, was found dead in a Cleveland, Ohio, jail over the weekend, sources said.
Sean Levert, 39, was being held for allegedly failing to pay about $80,000 in child support. The cause of death was not immediately known. Sean Levert died last night at the age of 39. Sean Levert was the younger brother of the Late Gerald Levert who died in 2006 at age 40 of a heart attack. Rumour has it that Sean was very depressed about his brothers death. The cause of death has not yet been released. Radio personality Wanda Smith of V-103 was with the family this morning and stated that Gerald younger daughter Clelisia who goes to Spelman College was not taking it well. 
Also there dad is devastated. This is such a tragedy, they lost Gerald and now Sean the Levert family is not available for comment at this time. We will update this story as details come in Read more (Click Now).

Conficker is clever in the way it hides its tracks because it uses an enormous number of URLs to communicate with HQ. The first version of Conficker used just 250 addresses each day -- which security researchers and ICANN simply bought and/or disabled -- but Conficker C will up the ante to 50,000 addresses a day when it goes active, a number which simply can't be tracked and disabled by hand.

The Love the Low, Rapper/designer/actor Andre 3000 (best known for being the other half of Outkast) has been charged with driving 109 mph on a highway in suburban Atlanta.
Henry County Police Capt. Jason Bolton says the entertainer, whose real name is Andre Benjamin, was clocked speeding in a 65 mph zone in his Porsche south of Atlanta about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, March 28th.
The 33-year-old Benjamin is free on $1,200 property bond pending a court date April 29.
Benjamin’s publicist, Eufaula Garrett, did not immediately return a call seeking comment.
Police say Benjamin told them he was going so fast because he missed an exit and had to turn around.
