Actor Wesley Snipes was seen out & about with his children in NYC today, Wesley Snipes is married to a Asian woman. Snipes was recently convicted on federal charges of tax fraud. He faces 3 years in prison and a stiff $5 million dollar fine at his sentencing hearing on April 24.
