Fantasia pictured last night at a fundraiser in LA. Shouldn't you be on the courthouse step? Check out the rock

See rule number 1 if you are in the music business you better stack that cheese because things go south pretty fast without a hit record. Not to mention what about Her "BOOZILLA" Young Dro?? oh I forgot he doesn't have any money he was riding her "broke ass" coat tail. Looks like the recession has hit our girl Fantasia. In a MTO.com EXCLUSIVE REPORT or so we think?? we’ve discovered that Fantasia’s North Carolina home has been seized - and it’s going up for auction.

Ne Ne part 2, “[Fantasia’s] North Carolina home has been seized - and it’s going up for auction next week.” The notice clearly has marked a January 12, 2009 date on it, not December 12.

Second, MTO is also incorrect in calling it a foreclosure. The document depicted is not a foreclosure notice, but an Execution Sale.

A foreclosure sale is different than an execution sale. One is a judicial enforcement, the other a mortgage enforcement. A foreclosure satisfies a mortgage issue while an execution satisfy a judicial order. An execution sale is a legal process typically used in which a creditor plaintiff sales a debtor defendant’s property to satisfy an underlying judicial decision for damages.

Typically, an execution sale can be stopped if the debtor defendant satisfies the debt prior to sale. You decide.

Fantasia or her camp has not released an official comment

HOUSE OF GLITZ: Girl sell the ring save the house if it's real??

Wednesday, January 12, 2011

Fantasia and her legal team have figured out the new way in a bad economy -- cut a desperate deal.

The "Idol" winner was about to lose her $1.1 mil pad in North Carolina because of $$$ probs -- she owed $58,000 to Broward Energy Partners and the company had put the house on the auction block. She had borrowed the cash from the company to pay taxes.

At the last minute, the woman who is now most famous for being a no-show at the courthouse has now struck a deal with the company and her home is safe -- for now. So we will officially take her off "Foreclosure Alert". Our suggestion is that you go back to work girl, it usually takes money too to live in million dollar house and just hosting a party at a club and walking down a red carpet does not pay the bills.
