Katt Williams underwent a psychiatric evaluation in Sumter, South Carolina over the after displaying a string of erratic behavior over the past several weeks, including a November 4 no-show on Late Night with Conan O’Brien and an arrest in New York on weapons charges earlier this month.
“Following an arduous 300 show, 18-month touring schedule that left
him incredibly fatigued, Katt felt compelled to be with his family in an effort
to deal with his stress"While doing so, he is under a doctor’s care. As this is a private and personal matter, the media is asked to respect his family’s request for privacy.”

Is it really this hard out there for a pimp?, that you have to run around with all these guns like you are in the Wild Wild West?. Katt Williams kept his fans waiting at Carnegie Hall for more than half an hour last night in NYC -- because he was getting himself bailed out of the slammer.
Williams was popped for weapons possession after cops noticed three guns inside his cars and spent most of Thursday in jail. He posted $25K bond at Manhattan Criminal Court just as he was meant to take the stage uptown at Carnegie Hall for a sold-out show. He actually played the Hall, and made reference to the arrest during the show. To be continued..
