Almost over jurors began deliberating in R. Kelly’s child pornography trial on Thursday for more than three hours before being sent to a hotel for the night.“We’re going to make some accommodation for you,” Judge Vincent Gaughan told them. He ordered sheriff’s deputies to bring the jurors back to the courthouse at 8:30 a.m. Friday to resume deliberations.
Prosecutors replayed the infamous video during closing arguments, while defense attorneys reiterated that it’s neither Kelly nor the person the state says was the underage girl on the tape. A star prosecution witness cried as she alleged at R Kelly's child pornography trial several three-way sexual encounters with the R&B superstar and the alleged victim, some of which she said Kelly videotaped.
Lisa Van Allen, 27, the last witness before prosecutors rested their case, also told jurors in more than three hours of graphic and dramatic testimony that Kelly last year offered her 250,000 dollars to recover a tape of one of the trysts.
During cross-examination, a defense attorney accused Ms Van Allen of plotting to extort money from the singer, a claim she denied.
Under further questioning she admitted she once stole Kelly's $20,000 diamond-studded watch from a hotel.
"Van Allen is an admitted thief and liar who wouldn't know the truth if she tripped over it," Kelly's business manager, Derrel McDavid, said in a statement.
Kelly, 41, faces as many as 15 years in prison if convicted of child pornography on suspicion of videotaping himself having sex with a female who prosecutors say was as young as 13.ALLEGEDLY BELOW IS A PIC OF THE VICTIM ALL GROWN UP WITH THE BRAIDS SHE HAS A MUSIC GROUP NOW.
He has pleaded not guilty and both he and the alleged victim, now 23, deny being on the video - which is separate from those Van Allen testified to being on.

Child Molester had a freak show in a Chicago courtroom today courtesy of the U.S. prosecutor’s office. In the opening statements of R. Kelly’s child porn trial, prosecutors called Kelly a child pornographer and showed jurors the controversial sex tape that is at the center of the charges against the singer.
The tape shows NASTY ASS Kelly engaged in sexual acts with a minor under 15. Prosecutors say the girl in the tape was 13 at the time. She has steadfastly refused to testify against Kelly prompting speculation that she was paid off. Kelly faces up to 15 years in prison if found guilty.
