Fashion house Louis Vuitton is once again taking a swing at the music business. According to MTV.com, the fashion company has teamed up with fellow designer label Gucci to stop rapper T.I. from releasing his video for “Swing Ya Rag.”
The song features T.I. bragging about waving his Louis Vuitton and Gucci rags in the club.He says the video was shot weeks ago and that it, quote, “came out hot.” But the two companies called the rapper out for infringement “in one way or another.”
T.I. adds that he’s now focusing on a video for his recent number-one hit “Live Your Life” with RihannaEarlier this year, Louis Vuitton settled a lawsuit with Sony BMG over the use of their logo. At issue was an album cover for former “American Idol” winner Ruben Studdard, and a video for rapper Da Brat. Pop star Britney Spears was also mentioned in the suit for a video that featured the Louis Vuitton logo on the dashboard of her pink Hummer. A rep for Louis Vuitton said at the time, quote, “We don’t make dashboards.”
This is crazy to me it seems like he would bring more business? But on the other hand I understand they don't want this image for there brand. He calls it a Louie Rag when it really a scarf that' made for woman. What's next your "Man Purse up in the air"?? Read More (Click now)

Rather this is due to community service or really in his heart it's great that he is speaking positive too the kids. Rapper TI was in Washington, DC Friday night to speak at the "It's Cool To Be Smart" anti-violence forum held by the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Washington. Watch over 10 minutes of his presentation about the importance of education and responsibility. But after viewing this video it's obvious this dude is no public speaker and should stick to Rapping. Only thing he motivated me to do is stop the video. To see T.I. attempt of motivating the youth (Click Now)

Thats right people carrying guns that can release a clip of 80 bullets in 60 seconds can land you to a show. *MTV viewers will get a chance to follow T.I. as he performs more than 1,000 hours of community service before starting his one-year prison sentence next spring.
The as-yet-untitled series from Ish Entertainment is comprised of eight episodes and will begin shooting this summer. Production will last until his return to jail in early 2009. "We began the conversations in the middle of deliberations over what would happen to him," said Ish's Michael Hirschorn, who's executive producing with partner Stella Stolper. "The original idea for the show had him staging a series of interventions in each episode with people in danger. But when we visited him under house arrest, it felt much bigger and more powerful than we anticipated."
