J. HUDSON SPEAKS "I'M HAPPY WITH MY 4 GRAMMY NOMINATIONS" ANNOUNCED SAME DAY AS WILLIAM BALFOUR WAS DENIED BAIL..!!

Jennifer Hudson, who's been grieving the deaths of her mother, brother and nephew, offered up thanks and gratitude on Thursday for her four Grammy nominations for her debut album.
"It's been a childhood dream of mine to release an album, so to receive 4 Grammy nominations is truly a blessing," Hudson, 27, said. "I'm extremely honored and humbled by the nominations."
Jennifer's self-titled album was nominated for Best R&B Album, Best Female R&B Vocal Performance and Best R&B Song for "Spotlight," and Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals for "I'm His Only Woman" with fellow American Idol alum Fantasia.
The nominations were announced on the same day as her estranged brother-in-law, William Balfour was denied bail. Read more (Click Now)

Cops sent 100 personnel to search the area where the body of 7-year-old Julian King was found. A handgun was found in an abandoned lot, about a block away from where the vehicle with Julian's body inside was parked.
Cops believe this is the weapon used in all three murders.
The Chicago Sun-Times broke the story. Sources say police arrived at the scene at about 1 p.m. Wednesday after getting a tip that the white SUV was seen driving through the vacant lot over the weekend, and someone saw a gun being thrown from the vehicle.“When I heard it on the news, I said Kolin — that’s where I saw the truck come and park,” said Lawndale resident Amanda Archie.

Update: Jennifer Hudson Mom & Brother Murdered..Suspect In Custody Hudson sister Husband!!
at 8:52 AMPer sources at TMZ law enforcement now say they are indeed looking into what appears to be a dispute over a car in the investigation of the murders of Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother.
William Balfour, the estranged husband of Hudson's sister, Julia, is in custody but isn't talking. Balfour spent nearly 7 years in prison for attempted murder, vehicular hijacking and possession of a stolen vehicle. Here's the most interesting thing -- neighbors in the area who know the family well say a few weeks ago a family member tried stealing a car, which triggered a heated argument in which the would-be thief promised revenge. No one was named specifically, but Balfour pictured below with Jennifer Hudson sister Julia.

Several other neighbors this morning who say Julia complained to them that William Balfour sold one of their cars without permission. One neighbor told TMZ the dispute got so heated William threatened to
"kill Julia's family"but she didn't report it because she didn't take it seriously.
As for the dispute over the car being the trigger, our sources say cops are pursuing the lead but are looking at everything. Sad part is members at the church where the tight-knit family worshiped said Jennifer Hudson offered to move her mother out of the area, but Donnerson refused to leave. It wasn't the neighborhood that caused this it was a family member.
The star is asking for privacy in her time of grief. Her Web site jenniferhudsononline.com is already filled with condolence notes.
